The Team

Kelly Kochendorfer has had a lifelong relationship with the food. She started her career by hanging out at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris at the age of seventeen. She served as editor and test kitchen director for the launch of Saveur Magazine. Along the way she has worked on magazines, books and web sites including Martha Stewart Living and the Culinaria series. Kelly is a New Yorker to the bone.

Darryl Estrine has worked with the famous, the infamous and humorous during his career in photography. Harvest To Heat gave him the chance to interview artisans and add the new title of author to his list of accomplishments. He lives with a view of the Hudson River with his wife Laura and their 7 year old daughter Billie.
